Zhangjiajie Lumingju Inn

I was very impressed with the service, and they were very friendly until I only purchased 2 out of 3 tours from him. He wasn't satisfied cause he wasted a lot of time on me. After that, I felt ignored and had no greeting every time I saw them. I was the 1st one to greet and sometimes, I didn't get the response back. I couldn't wait to leave at the end Ps he did help me to plan my days but it was his job because he was selling the tickets. He is an agent The room was big but need to update I didn't get drinking water daily. Only on the 1st day when checked in (not sure this was meant to be).

The girl at the reception was very kind and welcoming. The room was perfect and everything during the stay was very pleasant. Totally recommended.

Very nice hotel. The lady in the reception was very kind, and even called her english speaking husband since we had a lot of questions regarding visiting the national park. They were super helpfull end helped ud plan a very good program. The room were nice. A bit of a walk up the stairs to the 5 th floor for us - but we new that booking the room;) Would definitely recommend this hotel. The area was super nice as well with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Very close to tianmen cable mountain and many foods vendors around. Owner is helpful and gave me room upgrade. Recommended. Room is clean and have all amenities.

I stayed for two and a half days, while check in I asked if its possible to book tours to the national park and the heavens gate. They planed my entire 2 1/2 days and showed me on a map where to go and which bus I have to take, the service couldn’t have been better! Thank u very much for these wonderful days with so many breathtaking views!

The location is perfect near to the departure points of the main attractions. The staff is friendly and speak English. Clean and cozy. I highly recommend.
