This is the only hotel I'd choose when visiting Tianmen Mountain. While there are other hotels in the same building, this one offers the best value for money. The Tianmen Mountain Tourist Center is right downstairs. There's also a large Lereo supermarket nearby, and you can find KFC, Starbucks, and bubble tea shops just across the road. The room is very spacious. The hotel's interior looks exactly as depicted in the owner's photos, very accurate.

I like that it was close to tianmen mountain cable car and that it had a nice ish view. The room was spacious and the lobby/restaurant area was cutely decorated. It is good for a 3 star hotel.

The room is clean but inside a building that looks like it’s still unfinished. You can see in thw picture how the hallway looks like. The area is not very nice but the staff is really kind and helpful and the room is overall nice.

The room was beautiful and very clean, only a little sad there was no view of the mountains at all due to new developments around the area. However the staff was so nice, helpful and accommodating with any and all needs. The location was also great, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, including coffee shops (very important) and the cablecar to the mountain was literally just down the street, so convenient.
I really loved my stay here. Can definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.
The location is one of the best if you plan to visit Tianmen Mountain, as the entrance is only about a 3-minute walk away.
At the same time, the city center can be reached in around 15 minutes walking, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining.
The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and very welcoming.
Everything was well maintained, and it was a great place to relax after a day of exploring.
What really made the difference was the staff. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They provided useful information and assistance for organizing our excursion to Tianmen Mountain, which made the experience much easier and more enjoyable.
Overall, an excellent hotel with a fantastic location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
