Very good location to visit Tianmen mountain, it’s just opposite to the attraction entrance. Clean and friendly staff. Good standard international breakfast with nice coffee machine. Free and fast laundry machines.

酒店地理位置挺好，就在天門山索道對面，離機場也衹有十分鐘車程，房間隔音也很好，住之前還會擔心飛機飛過會吵，但是我完全沒有感覺到飛機飛過的聲音。酒店早餐很好吃，種類多樣，餐廳的服務人員rose姐姐也來問早餐好不好吃，還送了我孩子一些小點心，淡季的時候，這個價格，這個酒店設施和早餐，值了。

Hotel is conveniently located opposite Tianmenshan cablecar station with eateries within walking distances. Front desk receptionist 如意 was pleasant and helpful and allowed early check-in with complimentary room upgrade. Room is spacious and clean with a good spread of breakfast. Highly recommended

衹有張家界的這家酒店，還把價格放在我們一般家庭能接受的價位。讓我在這裏感受了高檔酒店超值的服務。刷卡電梯主動給了兩張卡。早餐超級豐盛。還有餃子。房間沒有小冰箱，裏面有冰紅茶和可樂，應該是免費的，但我們沒有喝。有地面和地下停車場。不限時間自由進出。最主要的就在天門山索道站對面。繞過馬路就到了。附近有多家好吃的飯店，衞生間有潤膚露，洗衣液。機器人送餐。除了沒有全屋智能外，基本完美。感覺衹有這家酒店才是真心的希望讓我們入住。
