The service was perfect. They provided transfer from and to the railway station. Also they help with all questions I had. Such as how to use e-tickets to the fairy fox show, how to get there, etc.

We were in our Hoony moon and we can say this is the best hotel we had in China! People at front desk is polite and friendly. The room had an incredible view and was clean. We used the laundry zone and Worked perfectly. The breakfast was very good it had west options like boiled eggs and fried eggs, bread, cereal, yogurth and an amazing american coffee. The location was great, 15 minutes walking to the cable station to go to the tianmen mountain. Also a very good place to be to the pick up for tours and Didi and very near to the bus station. They had the Service of pick up at the train station and were punctual. We strongly recommend it.

Great location, easy access to Tianmen NF Park, room was really great, spacious and comfortable, very clean tidy (nice bed, shower and very quiet). Great breakfast.
All the staff were really welcoming and helpful! They upgraded our room and decorated due our wedding anniversary! Drop-off worked really well. Highly recommended!

Singaporean traveller here. This is one of the best hotels we stayed in Zhang Jia Jie. The room is spacious and the shower facilities is amazing. It is relatively clean and there are more tv channels than other hotels. The breakfast is ok but not say fantastic. Yogurt drink was the best option. The best part is the shuttle pick up and drop off service. Really enjoyed the stay here!

Big room, comfortable bed, clean, well kept. Free transport to/from train station. Free self service laundry. Had a good time. Highly recommended.

The hotel room is very spacious but however the amenities are not very reliable and relevant. They only willing to issue one room card per room even though we have two persons staying in the room, we only managed to get the second room card after my persistent. When I got trapped in the lift, there is no intercom in it and it took quite a while for them to react after I had informed them thru the WeChat.

Zhangjiajie West station pickup easily arranged and convenient. Wonderful staff, comfortable spacious room. Great shower :) easy to get around via DiDi, close to bus station to Wulingyuan too. Short walk to Tianmenshan entrance point for all routes! near many great restaurants too. Thank you!

The free pick-up service was great. Location of the hotel is very good if you want to visit Tianmen Mountain. Rooms look a bit dated if it comes to the design but overall all good. Delicious breakfast which is better at 06:30 than at 09:00.
