The host is extremely nice, words can’t even explain how her service is. The room is extremely nice and spacious and super close to the east entrance for the national park. My flight got cancelled and I had issues and also arrived late but the host catered to my needs and I would highly recommend this hotel to others

Very nice host! They helped to explain the attractions thoroughly and I got to buy from them tickets to Charming Xiangxi, Zhangjiajie and Grand Canyon at discounted prices. Room is clean and requested them to clean up everyday. Perfect accommodation at very reasonable prices.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts really made sure to be there always to help with figuring out where to go, to help buying tickets at discount and with any other issue. I had an amazing stay, will definitely recommend. The location is also very good, just a 20 minute walk from the north gate of the park.

The Inn is very clean and beautifully designed, the room had everything I needed and the Hosts were extremely helpful. They suggest some places over others depending on what you want to see, they book tickets for you online at discounted prices and overall have a friendly personality. They are always ready to help you out via WeChat if you're not at the Inn either.
