I came with my parents and child. There were 4 adults and 1 child, and the space was very generous. It had three bedrooms, two living rooms, a mahjong machine, a washing machine, a kitchen with a fridge and a rice cooker, and the master bedroom even had a bathtub! It was on the 20th floor, and we stayed for two nights. The environment was a bit different from the pictures, but still quite good. We could see Tianmen Mountain opposite, and the night view was also nice! The main light in the living room was a little dim. The cleanliness was average; the quilts were all wrinkled. All the bath towels and towels were disposable, so it's best to bring your own! It was very convenient to get to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station; a Didi ride only cost a few yuan. The address is behind Tianmen Outlets Plaza in Zhangjiajie City, which is considered a downtown location, making it easy to shop and dine. Overall, it offered good value for money. The owner was very nice, cheerful, and talkative, and handled issues carefully and promptly! Recommended! 👍🏻

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to shopping areas and attractions, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. The room was exceptionally clean, odor-free, and well-stocked with toiletries. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring a really comfortable night's sleep. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff were polite and enthusiastic. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right in the city center. There's a food street downstairs, and it's only a five-minute walk to Zhangjiajie's largest shopping district. Getting around is super convenient, and it's always easy to hail a cab. The room was clean and uniquely decorated, with thoughtful touches. The bedding was comfortable, and the projector was a great bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and proactively offered travel tips, which saved us a lot of planning hassle! We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Staying at May's Home with my entire family, including seniors and children, we were lucky to meet May. Upon learning that we were traveling with both young and old, she kindly offered us a free room upgrade, ensuring we were all comfortably settled. The room itself is a renowned fourth-generation dwelling in Zhangjiajie, boasting a private sky garden. Stepping out, you're greeted by a terrace where you can gaze upon the clouds, glow, and sunsets over Tianmen Mountain. The children happily ran around the flowerbeds while the elderly leisurely sipped tea; time seemed to slow down and become incredibly gentle. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, making getting around very convenient. Even more thoughtful were the various tips and guides May shared in our WeChat group, clearly outlining parking, dining, and ticket purchasing—it saved us so much hassle and effort. This place truly overflows with beautiful scenery and the warmth of a home.

The environment is absolutely beautiful! It's spotless, and the landlady provides excellent service. She's incredibly quick to answer any questions I had and was always ready to help. This guesthouse is a hidden gem!

Service: Warm and attentive. Environment: Spacious, well-lit, with a wide view overlooking Tianmen Mountain. Hygiene: Clean. Stayed two nights, but they forgot to restock disposable towels and other amenities once. Facilities: Nicely designed.

Good spacious room, looks like the photos. May (Mei) is easy to reach, and close by if help is needed. Located just 10min drive from Tianmen Mountain cablecar. Good eats nearby, check Dianpin. Building is in a gated area with security, very safe at night. View from room was phenomenal, especially early mornings. - Everyone says Line A is impossible to book and is always full, and the only times they can get for you are afternoon or later unless you book way in advance. We went to the ticket office 10 am a day before the May holiday and got our ticket for Line A right away without wait. So don’t stress if you don’t make your plans in advance.

The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the room was decorated very warmly. Having a streaming service membership on the TV made watching movies in the room really enjoyable. The hotel's location is also super convenient for visiting all the attractions! I had a very comfortable stay! Highly recommend!

The room was really cozy! The owner is incredibly kind and pays attention to every guest's needs. She even gave us a super detailed travel guide – so thoughtful! We stayed here on our first day and decided to come back after visiting the forest park. It's so comfortable; the room has everything you need like a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. The staff are all lovely too. Downstairs there's a commercial area, so ordering takeout is easy and we could even go out for a stroll in the evening. We also tried some really authentic Hunan cuisine, highly recommend! We drove here, and the owner helped us register our car plate, so parking was a breeze. We'll definitely choose this guesthouse again if we come back! 😊😊

May, the owner was friendly. The location was good. The road in front was under construction now. Got 1 lane left. Security system was good. Room was smell with cigarette. The view from window was nice and could see to the top of Tienmen mountain. There was a hanger in one of aircon lol Didnt get an offer for a station transfer.

The environment is beautiful, the location is great, parking is convenient, and there are many restaurants nearby. Plus, you can see Tianmen Mountain from the living room. The landlady is very thoughtful and enthusiastic ❤️

The location of this place is great; it's convenient to go anywhere from here, with a shopping district nearby and plenty of good food and entertainment right downstairs. It's also super close to Tianmen Mountain. The room is very clean, and the amenities are complete. Most importantly, the host is really nice and friendly, and they promptly resolve any issues.
