"This place was absolutely perfect! I spontaneously decided to travel and was overwhelmed by the options, so I asked Doubao (my AI assistant), and it recommended this hotel, claiming it had 'zero negative reviews.' Now I understand what zero negative reviews truly means! The room was incredibly spacious and fully equipped. It was exceptionally clean, with not a speck of dust or any strange odors. The bedding was pristine; I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow. The front desk staff were very thoughtful; seeing that we had a child, they provided kids' slippers and even an extra meal voucher! My little one loved it. It's a 5-minute taxi ride to the cable car, and the surrounding area is very quiet. Breakfast was also perfect! The best part? All this for just over 200 yuan! A room like this in Dali would easily cost over a thousand. Wishing the owner great success in their business!"

"The owners are really friendly and welcoming. When we arrived at noon with our suitcases, the owner immediately helped us with our luggage, and his wife was also very kind. The inn is about a fifteen-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. However, the double room on the second floor doesn't get any sunlight, so it can be a bit dark. The twin room gets sunlight and would be a better option, so I'd recommend booking a twin room."

"This hotel was really amazing. It was easy to get to using didi from the airport (around 15rmb) and to get from there all around town. But most importantly it's a short walking distance from the cable car up Tianmenshan, which allowed us to get there super early and still sleep well on the comfortable beds. The view was really nice, the internet quick and everything was clean and well organized. Even though we got a smoking room (we don't smoke) nothing smelled like cigarettes so they even managed to keep that clean. Would really recommend and come back to."

"This hotel is the best location for going to Tianmen Mountain. Just walking distance from the cable station to Tianmen mt (if you take line A or return to the station via line B). The staff at the concierge are very helpful, quick check in and provided even a bedrail for our doublebed once they heard kids are staying. They even let us keep our luggage overnight after checkout as we went to Furong ancient town. Laundry was even allowed to be washed after we checked out. Seems like once a guest of Hampton, always is. We were very warmly welcomed. Aunty阿丹was very helpful too, providing a supper snack of millet porridge and welcome gift of snacks."

"Cleanliness: Excellent. The toilet seats were automatically heated and came with automatic plastic seat covers, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in hotels. Definitely five stars for cleanliness. Service: We arrived at the hotel quite late, and the front desk staff immediately offered us breakfast vouchers. Full marks for service."

"my family and i had a wonderful stay. the room was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we need. mini bar came with a coke and orange juice which were free to drink and refilled everyday. the staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful. they went beyond to ensure everything was well taken care of. they helped us to book attractions tickets and guide us with the routes to follow and also sent us follow-up messages. transport to and fro national park was arranged by them and they also helped us arranged pick up from the airport, all which made our travels very seamless. they allowed us to check out late as well while waiting for our train in the afternoon. i would highly recommend this hotel to everybody as it will really help you to off load the headache/confusing planning to zhangjiajie."

"Overall, I would say my stay at the inn was very good. When I checked in there were a couple of temporary staff that were fluent in English which made the process very smooth. They also were super knowledgeable about the Zhangjiajie area and made planning my day trips in Wulingyuan's national park entrance and even in Tianmenshan very easy with them booking all my tickets and giving suggestions for routes to take. It seems like the English fluent workers aren't always working so your mileage may vary. Regardless all the staff were super welcoming and kind to any questions or requests. The building does seem like its on the older side but it seems pretty well maintained and the pictures of the room do match. The only small issue I had was with the outlets. I had Type A ports and even though they were there, they didnt really go into the socket and I didnt want to risk breaking anything (my stuff or the outlet), but there were Type I outlets that worked fine and because I had a travel adapter there weren't any real issues for me."

"This hotel is excellent, offering great value for money and a convenient location. It's easy to get to all the attractions and the train station, and there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance downstairs. The facilities include a laundry room, swimming pool, and gym. The front desk staff were very welcoming and promptly provided medical supplies when needed. It definitely deserves a five-star rating, and I'll be booking this place again next time I'm in Zhangjiajie!"

"Amazing staff and great stayThe staff were extremely kind and helped us with all the tickets for the main attractions. They gave us great advice and stayed in constant communication with us throughout our stay. The breakfast had mostly local options, but everything was tasty. Our room was spacious and very clean, and they even offered us a free upgrade. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the buses to the National Park. Highly recommended."
