Staying at Huatian Hotel in Zhangjiajie was a fantastic choice! Its location near Tianmen Mountain is super convenient for getting around. The hotel has a grand atmosphere, great views, and all common areas are spotless. The rooms are spacious and bright, with soft bedding, and impeccable hygiene. The front desk staff were warm and proactive in recommending tour routes. Service was attentive, with welcome fruits provided and quick responses to requests. The restaurant serves authentic Xiang cuisine, and the breakfast is rich with local flavors. Facilities are complete, and the WiFi is stable. Security is reassuring, parking is free, and it offers great value for money. Every aspect was top-notch, making for a comfortable stay and an enjoyable trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. I especially want to commend Ms. Qu Xianlin, a server in the restaurant, for her exceptionally thoughtful and enthusiastic service. She personally brought us coffee and fruit, which I found very touching. Thank you, staff of Sunshine Hotel! The bedding was comfortable, and the room was spacious and very clean. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

We booked a room with a balcony that had a hanging chair, offering direct views of the mountains ⛰️. It was beautiful whether it was foggy or sunny; I'd recommend staying during both types of weather to experience its full beauty. **Service:** Very prompt and attentive. **Huatian Group Exclusive Didi Taxi Discount Vouchers:** I don't use Didi, so I didn't get to use them.
