A very nice hotel. Warm service, spacious room, delicious foods. Special thanks to Kitty at the restaurant, Kerry and Sunny at reception. You gals are professional with a touch of warmth which made me feel at home.

Clean and convenient hotel with a view on the ski slopes. Discount for ski pass available at hotel as well as equipment rental. But we decided to go directly to the main ski hall as it was more convient for us to return the equipment. Breakfast is ok. Mainly Chinese choices but there are toasts, jams and cereals for western palates. Coffee is good too.

This place was amazing! Within walking distance to the ski resort and the breakfast was tasty! they offer a 20% discount on the ski tickets but you need to ask the front desk for the slip of paper before buying tickets! I would definitely come back here again. the rooms are centrally heated during winter and can get quite warm!

We enjoyed staying at Crowne plaza . Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful. The restaurant staff are really spot on too. Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok. Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well. Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas. Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna . Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

I have always wanted to go skiing in Chongli. I have long heard that there is Thame Town in Taihu Hotel. It is a special tourist town with everything to eat, drink and have fun. We watched movies, soaked in hot springs, and had a hearty breakfast for skiing. It was very exciting and happy. This trip was awesome. The bed in the hotel is very comfortable. The bed in the double room is very big. The room is okay. The family is not crowded. It is very good.

Wow, this hotel is amazing! Every detail from the door to the departure is comfortable and intimate. I especially liked their beds, which were moderately firm and made me sleep sweet every night.
