The hotel is the most cost-effective hotel in Chongli. The room is large and family-friendly. The balcony has a wide view. We just caught up with the sunset outside with some snowflakes. We can also see fireworks at night. It's so beautiful! Seven Li, the front desk staff, is very good at service. I will come again next time!

The good: Wi-Fi good and fast. Room size big. Room has high quality furniture. Front desk service good. Breakfast coffee is pretty good. The bad: Location not so convenient for downtown, 30 min walk. Breakfast has cheapest cereal, cheapest butter, cheapest bacon, cheapest milk. Park View? What view? What park? :-) seems miles away and you can't see it. 😀

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing. The slopes are well prepared and easy to ski. We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English. Thank you very much and we will visit again.

This is a very new, clean hotel with excellent staff and great value for money. A special mention has to go out to ELLA who works on the front desk: she provided some of the best customer service that I’ve seen during my time in China. We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

The hotel service is very good, from the front desk manager to the room staff When we checked in, because the king-size bed was fully booked, they took the initiative to upgrade us to a suite. The room is very spacious and sunny 👍🏻 When we checked out, we dropped our bracelet in the room again and thought we would never find it again, but the hotel quickly replied that they saw it and sent it back. I was so moved that I burst into tears!! I am very happy to have it back. The hotel facilities are very complete, the gym is very large, the swimming pool is right next to it, and there are many businesses settled in the hotel. During the ski season, there are also Heytea Starbucks Hotpot Wolfgang. At other times, there is also the hotel's own restaurant. Qinglong Sichuan cuisine is delicious, and the lawn is great!

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well
