Thaiwoo Town Nanshanli Hotel

This apart-hotel offers comfortable rooms, and the staff at the front desk, both the young women and men, were wonderful. They provide a shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, and the breakfast buffet has a great variety. Imagine soaking in the hot spring bath on a warm spring afternoon, watching the cable cars slowly pass by in the distance, with skiers and snowboarders zipping down the slopes – it's a truly unique experience!

The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, and the staff are enthusiastic and attentive. I traveled alone this time and didn't do much planning, but the staff were very detailed in introducing the hotel and its surrounding amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The room had a large, clean bed. It was a very pleasant stay.

I've stayed here a few times now, and they have a good variety of room types, including family rooms with bunk beds and suites. The rooms are incredibly warm, and you can wake up to stunning views of the ski resort – the scenery is unbeatable! It's ski-in/ski-out, which is super convenient when you have kids. The staff are warm and polite, and the service is excellent. Plus, in the same building, there's a hot spring, massage services, the ski resort itself, and a breakfast restaurant – it's incredibly convenient! The breakfast is plentiful, and the kids absolutely loved it. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, Nanshan has the most satisfying structure and service.

The room directly overlooks Zipline No. 9 and the ski slope, offering fantastic views. Even my parents could watch the kids skiing from the room. A big thank you to the front desk for the complimentary tickets to the Taiwoo Night show. It was the last performance of the winter season, and even though we only caught the end of it, it was spectacular and definitely made us want to come back for the full show next year. They also granted us a late check-out on Sunday, which was a very warm and thoughtful service. The breakfast, however, could be more refined. While there seemed to be a good variety, nothing was particularly appetizing. I hope the hotel can put more effort into improving the breakfast offerings.

I stayed at the Nanshanli Hotel in Thaiwoo Ski Resort, Chongli, for several days to enjoy the amazing powder snow. Besides the fantastic slopes, I absolutely loved the hotel's outdoor hot springs. The only downside was the breakfast, which was really bad. Especially the person making the jianbing (Chinese crepes) – the one with glasses – she'd make them all in advance and just leave them sitting there, never serving them warm. I had to wait until all the serving plates were completely empty before she'd bring out the cold, pre-made crepes. It was terrible.

I'm finally getting around to writing this review after a while. The hotel is super convenient, with the ski hall right on the first floor. The front desk and customer service staff are excellent, especially the front desk lady who was very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, but be mindful of the time, as many places close early. If you're out late, you might have to rely on the self-service kiosks for quick snacks! The ski resort itself is great, perfect for skiing or just playing in the snow at the base of the slopes!

This hotel in Thaiwoo Town is perfect for family ski trips. It has its own ski rental shop, allowing for ski-in/ski-out access, which is ideal for ski enthusiasts! The hotel also offers excellent dining options, hot springs, and the 'Thaiwoo Night' performances, which are incredibly diverse and entertaining. The service is exceptional, especially Richard at the front desk. He was so helpful and patient during check-in, explaining all the services and how to use them, and even sent detailed information via WeChat. He promptly resolved many of our issues through WeChat during our stay! I'll definitely be returning to Nanshanli Hotel and highly recommend it to everyone!

Five-star review! The location is absolutely amazing. Building D has its own exclusive ski locker room right downstairs, so it's true ski-in/ski-out. No need to carry your gear far, which saves so much time and effort. The room is spacious and bright with a fantastic snow view. The heating and hot water are excellent, making for a super comfortable stay. The front desk and staff are all very friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. After skiing, you can relax in the hot springs – it's a complete experience. It's quiet, not noisy at all, and offers great value for money. Staying here for a ski trip in Chongli is incredibly hassle-free. Highly recommended!

We come here with the kids every year for skiing because the ski-in/ski-out access is super convenient. However, it gets incredibly crowded each year. This year it snowed when we were there, which was lucky, as we seem to hit the snow every time. But because of the crowds, things like dining aren't the best experience. Also, for some reason, the room temperature was extremely high this time, at 28 degrees, and I couldn't adjust it myself. I called for staff, and they were very polite, but even after they tried to fix it, nothing changed. We ended up sleeping with the window open at night, and it was really stuffy, so we didn't sleep well. My child got sick after playing. We needed a late checkout, and it was a hassle to request even just an extra hour. Isn't late checkout pretty normal, especially since I didn't even check in until after 3 PM?
