Zhangjiakou Winter Olympic Village Vacation Homestay

My stay at the Zhangjiakou Winter Olympic Village far exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a smart adjustable bed that was both comfortable and thoughtful. The atmosphere of the Winter Olympics was palpable. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The village itself was quiet and beautiful, with convenient transportation and delicious, hygienic food. Overall, it was a warm and comfortable experience, making me feel right at home. It's a highly recommended accommodation.

This is the best choice for snowboarding at Xueruyi! It's close by and affordable. The rooms are warm, and breakfast is provided in the morning. The shuttle service is punctual. And the most important thing is that the mattress is super comfortable, far superior to many other hotels. It would be even more perfect if the pillows were as comfortable!

The room size was acceptable, and the cleanliness was okay. However, the hot water completely cut out at night, and the front desk didn't answer countless calls. For the price, it was decent value, but if you're looking for any service, you won't find it here.

- The room layout is quite similar to the Olympic Village in Yanqing, with adjustable beds that are pretty comfortable. The underfloor heating made the room very warm, but also very dry. - Parking is convenient within the complex, either above ground or in the basement (I was in building 8, which was a bit of a maze). There's a direct elevator to the rooms. - Food & Drink: ① The hotel breakfast, included with the stay, had limited options and was quite poor quality, mostly pre-made items. There were no cut fruits (at most a pear or an apple), and no milk or coffee. ② The food street in the complex had few vendors, and the food had too many additives. - Transportation: [Driving] It's very convenient to get to Genting, Snow Ruyi, and Thaiwoo.

The staff were exceptionally good! I stayed for several days in a row. The underfloor heating in the room was amazing, perfect for people who are sensitive to cold! The breakfast selection was decent, no fruit, but it tasted really good!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everyone was very patient, and the room was nice and warm. It's great value for money, truly fantastic. The room is quite spacious and very close to Genting.

The location is great and convenient for transportation. The room facilities are complete but a bit dated. The toilet upstairs couldn't flush, and the shower floor was leaking, so it probably needs maintenance. The indoor temperature at night was 14-15℃, and even after calling someone to adjust it, it wouldn't go up. The value for money is decent, so if you don't have high expectations, it's worth considering.
