大冬天，沒有暖氣，衹能開空調，差點凍死。老闆撒謊説是裝修一會就來暖氣，根本沒有，明天還得考試真是服了

環境非常不好到店房間還沒收拾好房間還有異味空調也開不開暖氣也不熱房間隔音效果特別差還能聽見隔壁呼嚕聲

這個酒店真是太差了，到了已經十點多，結果給我們的房間上去一看 都沒鋪床，特別臟！
前台應該把控好這些吧？然後我們又下去找前台換房間，已經快十一點了，拿着新的卡上樓，卡又刷不開門。又要下去找前台來開門

態度不好，尤其是前台卷頭髮的阿姨。因為活動優惠結果找理由不讓住，之後又以優惠為理由讓線下下單，環境不好，屋裡塵土味濃厚。
