酒店裝修，換到了隔壁的沐蘭湯，但是事先未主動通知，自己想諮詢發現酒店電話不通，後來通過聯繫才知曉的。隔壁酒店的話，洗澡水忽冷忽熱而且温差極大那種，其他的中規中矩，建議房間裏換成地毯畢竟雪具拿回房間都是濕的地板很不方便。優點是雪卡房卡二合一很方便，也沒有出現未激活的情況，最後一天中午退房前台還詢問了下午是否繼續滑雪這點挺貼心。最後，酒店周圍沒有什麼其他的餐飲娛樂，外賣點不到，車也極其難打到建議自駕或者聯繫好司機，但是這也導致了雪場人極其少，纜車已經不是不排隊了而是經常一個人坐，這點很適合想找個地方安靜練活的朋友。

酒店樓下停車場沒開, 需要把車停到大幾百米外的爛尾樓地下, 然後再搬雪具和行李爬坡回到酒店.或者直接把車扔酒店門口凍一宿,這樣有概率第二天早上打不着車.
到酒店前幾百米的山路上有個上坡,下雪後沒人除雪, 兩驅車根本就開不上去, 導致交通擁堵個別車輛側滑橫在路中間出現險情
設施本身就快捷酒店的水平, 房間温度不高, 比縣城那些非常燥熱的房間温度反而要舒服些, 這點很好, 有個陽台但是冬天很冷幾乎沒用.
房間的網絡非常差, 信號雖然是滿格但大公司普遍用的M365的郵箱系統,Teams,webex會議系統等不在境內的工作系統根本無法打開,導致晚上根本沒法工作也沒法參加會議非常意外也耽誤事情, 這是整個住宿最最不滿意的地方了, 非常耽誤工作,這點給我的印象非常非常不好,之前縣城的好幾酒店都沒遇到過此問題, 建議酒店趕緊找網絡運營商解決！
晚上看B站和淘寶也卡的要死, 衹要微信的網絡還正常點，儘管信號顯示為滿格.
酒店需要對網絡進行徹底的優化甚至考慮下上個QoS.
早餐一般,種類衹有北方風格的中餐,沒有熱牛奶,燕麥,堅果膨化玉米吐司等常見的營養早餐
豆漿也很早就沒有了,衹有粥
早餐開餐太晚了了, 導致雪場頂門與吃早餐衹能二選一

日期訂錯了提前定了一天剛訂完就給酒店打電話聯繫改日期前台接電話暈暈乎乎不知道説的什麼又讓找酒店的什麼訂單管理員然後給我個關機的電話讓我打真的噁心315快到了真的是找投訴呢

性價比好。開業時間比較久，設施相對舊。衞生打掃的不錯，房間採光好，舊也沒有什麼不適。房間空間比較大，可以放雪具。 離滑雪大廳很近，中午可以回房間休息一會。 多樂美地雪場規模小，但是人也少，人少才是王道，練習提高正適合。
