很無語 4層這個早餐廳好厲害的某某花守門員，住這家店吃早餐要刷房卡的，但是呢，沒房卡的人説房間號也能進，有房卡的人被冒領了早餐名額，就會被卡在外邊，十幾分鍾，耽誤時間，要解決方案，客人問:你就讓我一直在這邊站着嗎？某某花嘲諷歪嘴冷笑，直接跟客人説，你先等會兒吧。我請問呢？我請問呢？來吃個早餐你罰站我呢？後來找來餐廳經理解決問題，確實是這個員工的錯誤，是放客人進去吃飯了，但是從頭到尾一句道歉都沒有。也不是多好吃的飯 請這麼好的守門員真是惜才了嘖嘖嘖
6樓房間燈光也拉胯 住的第二天房間燈不亮，半夜摸黑換房間，不協助就算了，跟前台要手電筒也沒有，讓自己拿手機照一下
