The beautiful woman at the front desk was skilled in business and got the room card quickly. The hotel's hygiene and cleanliness are very detailed. Fruit is delivered every evening. The room was quiet and had a good sleep.

We enjoyed staying at Crowne plaza . Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful. The restaurant staff are really spot on too. Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok. Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well. Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas. Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna . Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

The one-day ticket (including ski equipment + cable car) is 399 yuan, which is not expensive. It costs 100 yuan to go up to the cable car alone (it cannot be repeated and can only go up once). There is a cafe and library on the top of the mountain that is worth visiting. The hotel service is very good, which is the biggest advantage. The reserved executive twin room was upgraded to an executive suite for free, with a better view, facing Cuiyun Mountain-Yinhe Ski Resort! I am used to eating Western breakfast. Coffee, milk, whole wheat bread and omelets are also available (not many varieties), and there are not many vegetable salads and fruits.
