晚上值班的小姐姐特別熱情。還幫我們介紹哪裡有好吃的飯店。
早上電梯壞了，扛着箱子從5樓走下來，告訴前台説電梯壞了，早上值班的前台大姐頭也不抬，理都不理。本來走下來就氣，這更氣人了。
