As a frequent business traveler, I spend nearly half a month away from home each month and have stayed in countless hotels. This is the first time I've ever left a negative review. My two-week stay here was, overall, an extremely poor experience. The room cleaning was perfunctory; the desk and windowsill were covered in thick dust, and the towels, duvet covers, and other linens were never proactively changed. I had to constantly ask staff to replace them. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was terrible, frequently disconnecting and lagging, which severely hampered my business work and file transfers. During our trip to Zhangye, we chose the Hanting Premium Hotel based on its reputation. However, my husband suddenly developed acute gastroenteritis while we were there. What I expected to be an anxious and helpless experience turned into an incredibly precious and heartwarming one. Our attendant, Tian Li, immediately accompanied us to the clinic, meticulously took care of ordering our meals, and even personally prepared and delivered congee and fish soup, which deeply moved us. Tian Li and Zhu Jing then helped us cancel our train tickets and rebook our return flights, ensuring we had no further worries.
