那天是去考試的，中午就去入住酒店，在辦理入住的時候，那個前台説房間沒有網，因為想着下午還要去考試就沒有退掉房間和當時着急放下東西去吃飯。 那個電梯很窄，很小 還有那個門裡麪反鎖的那地方有點難反鎖，晚上睡覺我都不敢睡覺， 它晚上突然響了聲彈回原位，我又驚醒去把它扭幾遍把它反鎖好，害怕的不敢睡 它水龍頭一打開，好多臟東西出來，類似灰層顆粒吧 最不滿意這點。 有個應該是女老闆，感覺服務態度挺好的，人也很熱情

The room I booked for leaving Hainan Island was expected to arrive at the hotel at midnight. As a result, I had to queue up to board the ship due to traffic jams and the fog stopped the boat. I arrived at the hotel around 11 am and stayed another night. The front desk guy was very helpful. Our family of 4 included 2 breakfasts and gave one breakfast for free. It is a very cost-effective hotel, but you can't ask for the environment to be benchmarked against a five-star hotel. Each has its own characteristics.

麗楓幾乎每個城市都有這個酒店，衹是一直沒有來住過。這次來到湛江，由於對路不熟悉，所以我們選擇了離萬達相對來説比較近的酒店，我們到的時間也比較晚，所以也沒有更多的精力來選擇酒店，就近安排是最好的，把時間留給美麗的夜市。 所幸的是這家酒店沒有讓我們失望，好評是給前台的一個工作人員，反應快，很熱情，説話讓人很舒適，情商很不錯。如果衹是一個前台工作人員那太可惜了，希望酒店的管理人員能發現她的優秀。酒店的位置還是不錯，酒店附近就是中澳友誼花園，要是來早點還可以去逛逛，時間不允許，所以我們衹是路過。等下次有機會來的時候再來！

Pleasant stay experience, some needs were raised before check-in at the hotel, the receptionist was very active in solving the problem, and the problem was handled quickly. The room card would be handed in and the hotel facilities and services would be introduced at the same time. After checking in, I found that the shower in the room was broken, and the speed of repairing and replacing the shower was very fast. I was very satisfied with the problem within about ten minutes. The hotel itself is in a convenient location, entertainment and dining are very convenient, it is recommended.

比較滿意的住宿！ 1.前台客服可親可愛，耐心指點使用哪個平台付費更優惠並儘可能為客人升級房間。 2.床鋪、衞生間都比較乾淨令人放心。 3.很滿意的細節：兩床之間距離很小所以每人床邊活動範圍增大！！！潔具質量非常好！洗漱不會濺到身上；淋浴暢快；馬桶沖水快速乾淨不會濺到人！ 3.早餐簡單家常可口乾凈。種類不多但南北方口味都可兼顧（個人很喜歡腸粉）。 個人不滿：房間缺少放旅行箱的台架；地毯容易藏污納垢潮濕且不好拖行李箱；枕頭應該再有個硬點的。waifai使用不方便。 總體感覺性價比不錯！再路過此地還會住這裏。
