最糟糕的一次住宿！房間小的出奇，廁所大的出奇。況且廁所花灑壞了，不出水。門鏈不能用，第一天到了就要求調房間，説都滿員了，不能調。我要求加錢給房間升級也不行。湊合了一晚上，結果第二天燈又壞了，要求換房間，還是告知滿員了。明明閑着好多房間，就是不給調，升級也不行。爭取了半天，看我着急了，這才調了。調了個一模一樣的房間，結果電視連中央一套都不能看，坐便有問題。兩個房間連驅蚊水都沒有，要了半天，衹給了一盤蚊子香，既沒有底座，又沒有火。唉！我70多歲了，外出的也不少，很少見這種旅店，垃圾，真正的垃圾。另外，店員及老闆一律服務態度很差。差評差評

剛去酒店時候問前台經理看看房間咋樣，前台經理直接帶着我喊着服務員敲開了一個考研女生的房間，然後我是考研一出考場就定的所以價格比較便宜，經理非説我最便宜就要住最差的房間，要不就私底下價錢給他，樓道里寫着禁止吸煙的標識，在和經理溝通過程中經理抽煙，我説不是寫着禁止抽煙嗎，前台説他是經理有權利抽煙，其他人不行。酒店裡麪馬桶的水很小，窗户也開不了，床前的插頭壞的，空調遙控器壞的非常的臟，最後門的防盜鎖是沒辦法用的，衹能上門鏈，貓眼也是堵住的，建議女生還是選擇安全性高的酒店，這家店的好評大部分都是和樓上電影院有合作好評就送電影票，衹能説比較差的入住體驗

整個湛江市乃至全中國最差的酒店，垃圾，大家謹慎，防止上當受騙，前台服務**不是，很晚了，都預訂成功了，已經確認了，開車過去被告知定的房間沒有了，要加錢才能入住，不加錢就要我自行取消訂單，後面平台投訴介入處理，才能入住，前台辦理入住時，被告知不能帶小孩，不歡迎，有小孩就要加錢，後面看到我錄入視頻，就改口不承認，説我老婆自己説的，從來沒有見過這麼******，辦理入住非常麻煩，故意刁難，登記要預留兩個人的電話，還要簽字同意他們規則，不簽字，不能辦理入住，要打包走人
