We have stayed at Sheraton for one night as a family with young children. The breakfast has lots of choice and very very yummy! Both Western and Chinese dishes. We had dinner at the same restaurant, all was very good! The service was really good, comparing to Sheraton Haitang Bay in Sanya (where we didn't have good experience at all). Hotel staff takes exceptional care of hotel guests. The only thing to improve is the kids playroom which is very much small and needs some maintenance.
We will definitely come back.

Before checking in, the housekeeper CoCo called to inquire about the arrival time and room requirements and arranged them for us in advance. The hotel environment and transportation are very good. The opposite side of the downstairs is Jinsha Bay, which is convenient for digging sand and walking the kids, and taking a walk after dinner. Not far away, Decathlon, supermarkets, and night markets can meet the needs of different groups of people. The Japanese food ingredients at Yari Restaurant on the second floor of the hotel are fresh and the service is enthusiastic. I checked in at Caiyuexuan Chinese Restaurant on the third floor several times. The dishes have local characteristics of Zhanjiang. The fried millet cakes are soft, glutinous and sweet, the white-cut chicken with sand ginger is tender and juicy, the steamed buns with wolfberry are soft and chewy, and the pigeons and roast geese are absolutely delicious. During the stay, if you have any questions and matters such as replenishing supplies in the room, you can WeChat CoCo at any time. The room is still very comfortable. I contacted the housekeeper before I checked in this time. The housekeeper uki had a very good service attitude. After Sheraton upgraded its housekeeper service, even the takeaway food was delivered to the door by a robot. I no longer had to go downstairs to get it myself. I choose to stay at Sheraton every year when I come back to Zhanjiang. I love it so much.

Uki's service is very considerate and responsive. The hotel is in a great location, right across from the beach. BTW, the mirror in the gym really shows your muscles, hahaha. The room temperature is very comfortable. I slept very well at night. I watched the sunrise in the sea view room. This trip was very rushed. I will stay here again next time when I have time.
