總體來説不錯！前台客服態度也很好 ！房間設施齊全設備也比較新！早上的早餐比較好吃 ！出差首選吧這家酒店，下次出差估計還會選擇住這裏 ！希望繼續保持這樣高品質的服務和品質吧！

湛江花園酒店的位置是湛江最好的，比隔壁喜來登都好，樓下什麼都有很方便。
無邊泳池乾淨，環境美，小朋友喜歡。
早餐豐富，牛腩麪的麪還是現做的，以酒店早餐來説比較少見。
前台服務很Nice，提出的需求基本都滿足了，下次來湛江還會住花園酒店

環境：第一天入住，聞到房間一大股潮味黴味，想着一會應該沒事，沒想到…晚上睡覺聞着那股根本沒法散去的臭味憋屈的睡了一晚，甚至想戴着口罩睡！
第二天一大早就讓前台給我拿一台空氣凈化器過來，沒想到下午從外面回來還是那樣，衹好趕緊換房。
不過海景房的景色比我上次住的隔壁喜xx酒店好多了，值得稱讚！
服務：前台服務真的如其他評價裏面的一樣讓人失望，完全不像個五星級酒店該有的水準！連我一歲多的小寶寶都知道和別人打招呼，前台連個招呼也不會打！進到大堂也沒有禮賓幫忙拿行李…不過辦入住的時候有個工作人員給我寶寶贈送了一套挖沙工具，這點挺貼心！
設施：沒有小童遊樂區，這點比喜xx酒店差一點。
