首先是服務，很差，酒店前台都不搭理我
其次是房間，房間很大，但是有一股黴味
最後是衞生，一言難盡，床單上有血跡，被子一股黴味，馬桶還是蹲坑的，和淋浴的還在一起，簡直離譜

有點類似公寓型，房間很差一般般，還不如去住其他酒店，價格差不多真不建議選擇，重點作為一個酒店停車收費，關鍵還不便宜。住酒店都沒有住過這麼垃圾的酒店，真實體驗

我訂的鐘點是下午1.30-3.30，臨近3點，我致電前台，詢問需要加多一個小時，但是不希望換房，需要重新下單嗎？前台答覆可從按金100元中扣除30元/小時。我下午4.10離開，前台未告知將要扣60，直到5點我收到返還40的訊息，才打回前台電話，前台解釋是我當時沒有親自下樓，而且算超鍾。我的困惑點是，我在3.30前打電話，是前台親口確認從按金中按30/小時扣款，我都沒有用1個小時，60怎麼算的，前台態度惡劣，一直正面迴應，如希望體驗惡劣服務請預訂。
