酒店感覺不是很舊，但是一看就是管理有問題。客房從電梯間到走廊都有濃濃的味道，房間裏有煙味，換了個房間依然有煙味。我們定了兩個標間，因為有小朋友想去前台問下有沒有小童牙刷，説沒有，態度很差像欠她錢。不推薦

因為第一次住的時候剛好是疫情期間，這次是第二次選住，入住後上廁所拿起馬桶蓋明顯好大一股尿騷味，後來煲了一壺開水沖了下才敢用，其他方面都沒問題。最後有個建議，房間應該放一個保險櫃方便客人放東西，這好多酒店都有的。

1. 我們到的時候房間還沒打掃好
2. 酒店各種衞生搞得不乾淨
3. 酒店隔音效果不好
4. 早餐不按時開始，上面寫的7:30開始，我們7:18去的時候已經沒有炒河粉了。我今天餓着肚子開車的
別來別來別來 避雷
再加一點，早餐廳的服務人員態度很差。跟欠他錢一樣。
最後，這麼大個酒店無論是大堂還是早餐廳都不捨得開空調。吃早飯的時候跟蒸籠一樣

入住的時候前台的客服小姐姐我覺得有點冷漠，房間夠大設施齊全，但是洗浴室的下水道居然會積水！退房的時候前台客服又很nice。這麼大的酒店，我覺得在客服人員服務這一塊應該更好才可以。畢竟房費不便宜那種
