服務比其他酒店人性化很多，酒店裡任何地方看到酒店工作人員都是一臉笑意，不管我提出什麼事情都是第一時間響應，還都有商有量。
設施:很好，房間裏有小冰箱，來之前不知道湛江的天氣現在還這麼熱，小冰箱讓我可以隨時喝冰水，。
衞生:很好。有種剛剛大掃除完的感覺。窗明幾凈，一塵不染，沒有衞生死角。
環境:很好。出來步行2分鐘就到濕地公園，出門運動跑步打卡非常方便，酒店靠近商場，解決了衣食住行的各種困擾，各種外賣都很方便。4樓就有中餐廳，1樓有西餐廳，菜品非常不錯，可惜沒記住名字。
服務:很好。特別值得表揚的是，為了能夠午休到2點不被打擾，專門給前台打了電話不要催退房，果然就沒有打電話到房間了。

很好很滿意！房子設施齊全，保養很好。樓下就是商場，吃飯購物都非常方便。酒店前面有一個公園，散步運動都合適。
