It is very rare to find a hotel with such a level of hardware in a small county like Zhao County.
To be honest, the price of the hotel is close to the people, and the price is very high. And Zhaoxian is an important traffic road from north to south, and there is also the tourist attraction of Zhaozhou Bridge, so there are many residents coming and going, and the levels are different. Smoking is allowed in the hotel rooms. As soon as I entered the room, I smelled a pungent smoke, which is not good for non-smokers.
The hotel service I feel is mixed. For example, when I just entered the room and wanted to drink water, I opened the teacup and saw that there was half a cup of tea left in it. Reported the problem to the front desk, without saying anything, immediately transferred a new room (reaction is quick, dealt with decisively, like one). I am a guest of the flash live, and the waiter asked me for a 100 yuan deposit when I went through the formalities, because the room had consumer goods (the flash live agreement was like a child’s play). I argued for reasons and said: I am a flash live, if you have any questions, please find Ctrip to settle the account with me, and finally confiscated my deposit (or fulfilled the agreement). When checking out, the waiter asked again: Is there any consumption? This is to be paid (one hundred don’t worry). Here I feel that the hotel distrusts the flash guest. Have you suffered a loss in this regard in the past? I don't know. But the experience of my stay was so uncomfortable. In fact, it is understandable to remind guests in good faith. Can the reminder be like this: ”There are consumer goods in the room, and you have to pay after use. Please pay attention to it. If there is consumption, we will entrust Ctrip to deduct it at the checkout.” When checking out, one of my favorite words to hear is: ”There is no problem, you can go.” If you are not at ease about consumer goods, can you add another sentence: ”Remind again, if you spend in the room, we will deduct it at the time of settlement with Ctrip. Thank you for your patronage.” Isn't this kind of discourse better?
Zhaozhou Impression Hotel is a good hotel. I believe that if the service is improved, it will definitely be better.
