服務打零分，不能再多了。登記住宿時，諮詢當地事宜，回答硬邦邦，一點親和力都沒有。吃早餐後，下着小雨，想借個傘去車裡取傘，答覆沒有，説衹有雨衣。繼續請求借雨衣，同樣拒絕。別告訴我，吃早餐的地方衹是你們合作方，就算是合作方，也是*****打臉的。開出的發票，也不是維也納印章的。
最差的維也納，沒有之一，完全顛覆了我對維也納的好印象！！！
