5.2日下午攜程上預訂5.3日入住的酒店（462元1晚），5.3日上午因下雨，感覺路上不安全，便就放棄原定到黃姚古鎮的遊玩計劃。上午9點多聯繫攜程申請退訂，希望能減少一點損失，（攜程客服多次聯繫店家）但店家直接拒絕。下午我再次電話聯繫店家，希望店家能體諒一下雨天出行不易，也給我減少一點損失，結果店家態度很惡劣，以忙為由直接拒絕。（感謝這期間攜程客服的耐心幫忙溝通，還是好人多）

單從環境上面説，這大概是我訂過環境最糟糕的房間了！毛坯房！破舊！下腳的地方都沒有！關鍵，價格還非常貴。小鎮民宿的美好大概衹存在照片和影視劇裏面，現實是貴，潮濕，破舊。同等價格，景區外面的環境能好N倍。慎重！

酒店位置非常好，在古鎮核心位置，古香古色，門口就是景點，有個大露台可以很悠閑喝茶欣賞美景，衞生很乾凈，老闆很nice，還特意來接我們。回來當天，下午才想起東西落在早餐店，老闆即可幫忙取回並幫忙郵寄，十分感謝！

房間古色古香，有特色，樓上還有觀景台，地裏位置極好，門口就是帶龍橋，環境優美。老闆熱情好客，還幫忙接送行李。你還可以與老闆一起品茶聊天吃水果，不錯。
