五一慕名而來，在深山裡，環境確實不錯，適合一家人度假出遊。可惜我們來的時候下雨，哪裡也去不了。但私人管家提供了貼心服務，雨傘接送，小夥子特別特別勤快，態度誠懇認真，有需要可以隨時聯繫隨時解決！餐廳的大姐也很好，幫我們熱菜，提供幫助，就是五一價位太高了，性價比不高，下次再找個非節假日來體驗一下吧。

房間很乾凈，床品、配品感覺都是貴東西。晚上很幽靜睡的很踏實，聽隔壁房説有松鼠爬房頂，但我睡的太沉了。服務特別要贊一下，管家王科基本隨時都在，迎接晚餐早餐送別都在，我提的額外問題都能積極很好解決，時時問還有什麼需要幫助，服務體貼並不感覺突兀做作。值得推薦朋友及下次再去！

店長服務熱情、大方，基本上有求必應，但是責任管家服務非常有待提高，雖然和店長了解到一些原因，但服務細節確是在一些地方有損西坡品牌聲譽，但整體還是比較舒服的體驗，但良心話，北方除了北京，再無服務可談。
