The service provided by the front desk staff at Rose is excellent, and the hotel's facilities are also quite modern. The environment is perfect for business trips or short stays, and I was very satisfied with my stay for a few days.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Zhengzhou, China. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and pleasant, creating a great environment to relax during my trip. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.
A very special thank-you to Rose, whose kindness, courtesy, and attentive service made my stay even better. Her professionalism and warm attitude were greatly appreciated.

This was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient.
We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty.
We will definitely stay there again
