My recent stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. I stayed at this hotel twice, with only a two-day gap in between. My first stay was great; the overall environment, facilities, and service were quite satisfactory. That's why I chose to stay here again for my second trip, and I even specially booked a higher room category on Trip.com, thinking the experience would be even better. Instead, the disappointment was huge, and the overall stay was very, very poor. During check-in, the front desk was inefficient, and I had to wait a long time. After checking in, I discovered that the so-called upgraded premium room, for which I paid extra, was exactly the same as the standard room I stayed in the first time. In fact, the natural light was worse, and the floor was lower. I asked the front desk about the difference between the two room types. The staff told me it was mainly about size and natural light, but my actual experience was much worse. During the discussion, a different front desk staff member took over, but her answers were repetitive and her attitude perfunctory; the problem was not effectively resolved. Later, the front desk offered a free upgrade to a higher floor, but only corner rooms were available. Reluctantly, I chose to switch rooms. After moving to the high-floor corner room, not only did the problems not improve, but there were even more issues: the room size had not increased, the bathroom space was actually smaller than before, and the layout was extremely unreasonable. When the bathroom door opened, it blocked the space, and when the shower door opened, it would jam and conflict with the toilet door, making everyday use very awkward and inconvenient. Furthermore, there were constant hardware malfunctions: the shower drain was extremely slow, leading to severe water accumulation during showers, with water piling up halfway through, completely affecting its use. The room only had one window that could open. The first time I locked it, I thought it was secure. The moment I reached out to push the window to check, it came loose and opened directly, and I almost fell out due to inertia. This is a very, very serious safety hazard and made me feel extremely insecure. In addition, the water pressure from both the sink and the showerhead was very weak, resulting in a poor washing experience. The Wi-Fi signal throughout the room was weak, and the internet speed was slow, making the online experience far worse than during my first stay. To be frank, it was precisely because my first stay was excellent, raising my expectations, that I chose to stay at this hotel again and pay extra for an upgraded room. However, this time, the misleading room type, perfunctory service, inefficient check-in process, multiple damaged and malfunctioning hardware facilities, and serious safety hazards in every aspect were utterly disappointing. The so-called premium room type did not live up to its name, offered extremely poor value for money, and provided a terrible overall stay experience. I will not return, nor do I recommend others to stay here.

The room was spacious and sunny, with a great city view. The bathroom was also clean. There was a strange smell when we first entered the room, but it didn't affect our stay. The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and attentive, and check-in was super fast. The hotel's location is also fantastic, quite close to Xue Wang Headquarters, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.
