The room was clean and tidy during my stay. For the price, it's unbeatable! The housekeeping staff were also very thorough. They offer coffee and breakfast. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

1) This B&B advertises opening year as 2024. It's three stories high, with an elevator and staircase for easy access. The overall design and decor are distinctive, with a relaxed, sober palette and a small garden landscape. 2) The room's soft furnishings are elegant and feature a forest-like feel, revealing the designer's thoughtfulness. The bedding, including the mattress and pillows, is the most comfortable I've ever experienced, and the toiletries provided are among the best I've ever had in a hotel. 3) The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it's a decent mix of Chinese and Western options. Henan breakfast items like steamed buns, tofu pudding, and spicy soup would also be great. 4) The front desk staff is aloof and reserved, a stark contrast to the warm, welcoming receptionists at other hotels who strive to connect with guests and build a positive relationship with guests. 5) I really like this B&B, but I hope it receives more professional care to maintain the original design. My experience suggests that this establishment seems to lack professional staff. Beyond the front desk, the interior hygiene details include persistent stains on the bathroom glass near the floor, limescale buildup on the faucets, and dust accumulation on the decorative panels and hooks. Brooms and cleaning carts are often left in the public stairwell area, visible to guests entering and exiting, detracting from the first floor's aesthetic. The small outdoor garden is clearly in need of pruning and care. Overall, this new establishment is fresh and sophisticated, but maintaining its quality is challenging. I hope this establishment remains well-maintained and thrives for the long term.

Traveling with children, first time in Zhengzhou, worried about the bad living environment, deliberately chose a hotel with high ratings, and sure enough, I was not disappointed. I went there at 2pm and waited for an hour for a room. I was advised not to report on Ctrip that there were rooms if there were no rooms. I was so drunk! The toilet spurts water when you flush it, the sink has very little water, and the wifi signal is extremely poor!

這次在鄭州十一中考試定了這個酒店，距離很近很方便。同時環境超級棒，如果不是因為考試，真的想好好在這享受一下寧靜。第一次在一個酒店有賓至如歸的感覺，每一個服務人員都很熱情，很細節，進門就給温水，有求必應。提供的咖啡也超級好喝，省了點咖啡的費用跟時間。早飯也很棒，房間衞生也很乾凈，現在考完來寫評價，我個人感覺這個酒店可以説是寶藏級酒店！ 衞生：好 設施：好 環境：美 服務：好
