The room was spacious, which I was very happy with. The hotel was clean overall, and the environment was pleasant. Although I didn't use the entertainment facilities, the front desk mentioned them, and from what I gathered, there seems to be a good variety of activities available.

Taking the time to write a detailed review, even when busy, is a sign of respect for the service provided. First, when we arrived in Zhengzhou at 6:10 AM with two small children, the hotel immediately arranged breakfast and early check-in so we could rest. This shows the mark of a truly great establishment. Seeing me with two kids, they kindly allowed me to check in right away and have breakfast. This is what I'm most sincerely grateful for. Thank you for your generosity, which allowed my children and me to shake off our exhaustion. Additionally, the environment is elegant, clean, and grand. The service is top-notch; despite their hard work, every staff member greets you with a 'hello.' From a dining perspective, the buffet offers a huge variety. As someone who's been on a diet for over half a year, I couldn't resist indulging in two meals – yes, two meals! This really speaks to the incredible value for money. It's a one-stop shop for eating, drinking, and entertainment; everything is included except for clearly marked items. The reputation of Zhongyuan Wotu (Central Plains fertile land) is well-deserved, giving me a taste of what it's like to live a life of luxury here. The hotel is located in a young and well-organized, vibrant city. I will definitely be back, and often.

To be precise, it's a guesthouse associated with a water park. The decor and internal environment are quite good, and the service is generally up to par. However, there's no laundry room, and the breakfast buffet is too far away and quite poor in quality. If you're looking for a hotel for a standalone trip, I wouldn't recommend it due to the low value for money. But if you're staying there to visit the water park, then it's a good option.

As someone who travels for work constantly and has stayed in hundreds of hotels, this one genuinely redefined the bottom line of all my terrible experiences. I can't hold back and absolutely have to give it a bad review. The breakfast was supposed to end at 9 AM, but no staff member informed me of this during my entire stay. When I went to the restaurant at 9 AM, there was no food left. There was absolutely no prior warning, and the experience was terrible. During my stay, there was a sudden power outage during the day. The entire building was pitch black, the elevators were out of service, and I had to walk up and down the stairs, which was incredibly inconvenient. The room wasn't equipped with disposable slippers, and I had to actively call the front desk to ask for them. Late at night, I had to bother the cleaning lady to specially deliver them. I had already taken off my clothes and had to get dressed again just to open the door for her, which was a hassle for both of us. Since the hotel is located in a scenic area, the service clearly showed preferential treatment. The staff focused solely on assisting visiting tourists and completely ignored guests who were simply staying overnight. If they're not interested in providing good accommodation services, they should just cater to scenic area visitors directly and not bother opening their rooms to the public. I was originally just going to let it go and not stay here again, but then I received an email asking for a good review. As a frequent business traveler, this is the first time I've ever given a hotel a negative review.

I'm not sure why there are negative reviews. I honestly thought the service was great. There was no deposit and no hidden fees, and the front desk lady upgraded us to a family room for free. The courtyard was also very tidy. Parking was free, but there was no EV charging station. The only minor drawback was that there's no air conditioning yet, so it was a bit warm in the early part of the night, but the staff provided a fan.
