I thought it was a hotel, but it turned out to be a B&B. I can't cancel it within two hours of booking. If I do, I have to pay the full penalty fee. They even said something like, "80 or 90, what room do you want?" I originally paid 110, and then I wanted to cancel. I clicked on a 12 refund option, but ended up paying 98. The room facilities were terrible. The sink at the door leaked, and I stepped on it. I'll never use Tongcheng again. The service was terrible. Always check carefully before booking a hotel. If it's not a big deal, just check it out before booking. This is such a rip-off. There are so many better options at the same price point. Avoid this!
