第一天住的行政間還挺不錯的，就是空調不製冷。第二天晚上實在忍不住了（回酒店較晚時間已經是將近23:00），就打電話給客房部要求檢查，客房部人員搞不掂讓工程部來處理，結果工程部人員發現空調壞了沒辦法修復，就讓前台人員協助幫忙換房。 結果- -換了一個普通房間，客房部大姐還一臉嫌棄，説圖片房間跟我原來訂的房間是同一類型的，價格一樣。將近12點還需自己跑到一樓換房卡。這樣就是行政房？？？我一般不會給差評，圖片實為本人親自拍照。 羣眾的眼睛都是雪亮的，有圖為證，這樣的服務真的愧對“河南大灑店”的牌子！！！

Decent hotel, with the similar price I think you can get a better hotel if not for it's location. Breakfast is pretty simple too.

The hotel is very well located, very close to a metro station. But the room is dated. The cleaning service is bad.it seemed they did not sweep the floor (I saw the same rubbish on the floor from my 1st-day till my last day stay). They did not wash the cups either.
The receptionists are very helpful.
