The hotel's smart robot delivery service is really convenient. The location is also great, very close to the Mixue Ice Cream & Tea headquarters. Before checking out the next day, the front desk had already prepared the invoice, which is super helpful for business travelers like us who need to leave early. Definitely a thumbs up! 👍🏻

The service was excellent, and the location was superb with a beautiful view from the window. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring Henan specialty steamed dishes, stir-fried shredded pancakes, and even spicy soup (Hulatang). It was the most filling hotel breakfast I've ever had! My only suggestion is that the steamed dishes didn't come with dipping sauces, which might be confusing for non-local guests. Adding some next time would be a great improvement.

This hotel is right across from Zhengzhou East Railway Station, making high-speed rail travel incredibly convenient. The subway is also nearby, with Line 1 going to commercial areas like Mixc City and Erqi Square, and Line 8 providing direct access to the 'Meet Henan' special line. The tall young woman at the central front desk was very attentive and flexible. When I checked in, my original room type was still being cleaned, so she arranged a very satisfying room for me – it was quiet and spacious, ensuring I had a great rest. The hotel's breakfast was also excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhengzhou.

This hotel meets the usual Holiday Inn Express standards. The breakfast is plentiful, the little tips provided are a thoughtful touch, and the room decor is quite tasteful. Overall, it was a good stay, and my elderly parents were very satisfied.

There are no hidden charges inside the hotel; they provide 4 complimentary bottles of water by default, and you can always ask for more if needed. It's also very close to the East Station, just a short walk across the road.

They even went out of their way to give me a quiet, corner room because I was worried about noise. Even though it was next to a room reserved for minors, they made sure not to assign anyone there, which meant I had two peaceful nights. The room was clean and tidy, and the Holiday Inn standards were impeccably maintained. Definitely a recommended stay.
