An average hotel, clean and spacious. The location isn't ideal; it's close to the high-speed train station but not really walkable, and while it's near the subway, it's still a bit of a distance away.

The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the location is great – very lively and bustling.

This hotel is great, quite close to Zhengzhou East Station, making it super convenient to get around. The surrounding commercial facilities are also very comprehensive. The service quality is impeccable. Hello. The scenery along the way was nice.

Pretty good. This is a well-established hotel in my hometown that my clients almost always book when they visit. It's been open for many years, and both the facilities and service are consistently well-maintained and excellent.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was excellent – no strange odors at all. The natural light was fantastic, making the room bright and airy during the day, and the view was lovely too. Its location near the train station is super convenient for getting around, so there's no rush when catching a train. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors – I was very satisfied. The service was warm and attentive, and check-in/check-out was efficient. It's great value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The location is quite convenient, about a 15-minute walk from Zhengzhou East Station. There's a small commercial area downstairs with plenty of dining options. It's a quick, 5-star experience that pretty much met my expectations. I didn't try any other facilities. The 400+ price point was okay.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't working, so it was a bit hot at night. Since my child was already asleep and it was late, I couldn't call for maintenance. I couldn't even use the blanket and only managed to fall asleep past 3 AM – it was a miserable experience. The next morning, the maintenance staff confirmed the AC wasn't cooling and were aware of the issue! When I reported the problem to the front desk, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Also, the bathroom had no ventilation whatsoever – who understands that?! Choose carefully!

Extremely inefficient. It took over an hour just to get some ice, and I had to call multiple times to follow up. My late-night delivery, which arrived at midnight, also took an hour to be brought up to my room after I communicated with them.
