入住噪音大早上八點被吵醒以為是旁邊房間手機震動實在受不了打前台電話 催了兩次來個男士説是中央空調機器問題有共振，整個感覺就是頭嗡嗡的，等他們來的房間聽聲音的時候我收拾好行李要退房，要求退我一半房費在前台吵了快兩個小時不解決找攜程客服處理好了，態度太敷衍了
因家裡長者住院我在這酒店訂過好幾次房了，但是這次實在是噪音大影響休息，本來回來都一點多了晚上喝點酒就睡了，早上八點被吵醒，又投訴處理弄到十一點半才走，還説就我一個人説吵，截圖評價也是今年五月入住，我上週住也沒感覺像這次這麼吵，前台和另一個女領導處理問題太差勁，一點一點敷衍你，這是價格醫院周邊算最貴的酒店了，既然選擇住這就不是差錢的事，先説不收66升級費 又送兩張50元代金卷分兩次使用，最後又説兩張五十可以一起用，最後讓攜程客服處理
提醒各位入住一定走平台，不然被吭你權益都維護不了，明明是噪音説我睡覺輕別人沒投訴就我一個人投訴，各位在醫院照顧後病人睡覺輕的慎訂！以免酒店説你睡覺輕酒店沒問題都是我們太挑剔
我現在去哪網繼續差評！證明我是訂過好幾次的人，不是故意找麻煩

酒店整體的服務還是很人性化的，工作人員的態度也都很好，從保潔到前台，沒有一個是消極怠工的。價格也不算貴。就是空調設施不完善，夜裡特別悶，需要開到顯示屏五度 才是正常的家裡23度的空調温度。這樣一來配的被子就顯得很厚，不蓋涼 蓋上特別熱，而且半夜噪音有點大，嗡嗡的。衞生還可以吧，床單被罩看起來很乾凈但是第二天背上有一點癢，總體還行。衞生和設施有改善的空間。
