This hotel was very luxurious and decorated. It had a really close proximity to the East train station which is what my friend and I were looking for, and the rooms were really spacious and hi-tec.

Compared with the full season on the second day, Manxin really did a good job of detail. The hot wind in April and May in the north is extremely dry. With this kind of sound insulation, I even suspect that the partition wall is made of paper. Secondly, the hotel’s service, the hotel reduced the price on the day of check-in, but did not actively inform me when I checked in. I accidentally discovered it when I booked the follow-up, and the price reduction was very large. It was not resolved until I contacted Ctrip, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Secondly, the hotel asked me to show the order to confirm the number of breakfast when I checked in, which is not a big problem in itself. But you kept saying something about system problems in front of the guests. Should this kind of thing be said in front of the guests? In fact, this is nothing, a small problem. But after contacting Ctrip to refund the price difference, I returned to the hotel to get the room card after a while, and the front desk copied and pasted the above operation again. Then the screen that made me angry and funny appeared. After confirming my new order, they started to say in front of me that the system showed a problem with the number of breakfasts. I was curious, is this matter so important that it must be said in front of the guests? As a former hotel practitioner, I can only say that this kind of service training is too amateurish. That's all.

The hotel is located near Zhengzhou East Railway Station. You can get around by Metro Line 5, which is only a three- to four-hundred-meter walk away. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The shower and toilet are separated, which is very convenient. There are many kinds of breakfast, clean and hygienic. The service is in place. Check-out of the room was extended until 2 pm. I came back late from going to the museum. I extended it another half an hour. Thumbs up! Overall, my stay was very comfortable~~~

The hotel under the Huazhu Club is really great. The rooms are clean and the service is friendly. It snowed heavily the day I came to stay. It was very cold when I got out of the car.
