"The hotel is located diagonally opposite the West Square of the high-speed rail station, about a 5-6 minute walk after exiting the station. From my room window, I could see the station across the street. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it covered the basics. Service: Everyone was very enthusiastic and efficient."

"Kaifu was a lovely hotel. We got a taxi from the airport (about 5 minutes) and were met by a member of staff who helped us into the hotel and took our bags to our room for us. Our room was big and comfortable and the bathroom was great (very good shower!). The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good. We wanted wine, which was expensive, but it was very good too. I'd recommend this hotel."

"One of the best rooms I stayed at. It has a modern and new interior, especially the floor is beautiful. A little more care and attention by cleaning (window, shower glass enclosures, walls...) every few months and it would look like a 4 star room. The view is beautiful as well as the place by the window. Location isn't the best but close to metro, no big deal. Food and vegetables are easy to find nearby, the grocery is even in the same building. PS: the location at the Trip and maps has to be fixed, it does show building 1 instead of 2. But the written location is right though. The reception is on floor 13, use the elevator for visitors."

"This is my third stay at the JW Marriott Corn Building, and unfortunately, I feel like it's going downhill. Every time I come, getting in and out of the hotel and parking is incredibly inconvenient and congested. The property security at the Corn Building directly detracts from the JW Marriott experience! The facilities and amenities, especially in the public areas, are not well maintained. It's a noticeable difference compared to other JW Marriotts I've stayed at in other cities. However, considering the room rates are quite reasonable, and I understand the challenges of hotel operations, I won't hold it to the exact service standards of a Marriott. I hope the management can uphold the brand standards and truly become the KEY HOTEL that Zhengzhou expects. Of course, I would still recommend it to friends visiting Zhengzhou. I really don't like taking photos all over the hotel when I'm on business trips, as it can make others uncomfortable, so I didn't get enough detailed pictures this time. I'll make sure to get more next time."

The hotel's location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station and major commercial areas, which is incredibly convenient for tourists. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked me in efficiently. The room was more spacious and brighter than I imagined, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a full night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, was spotlessly clean, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast deserves special mention; it offered a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options, and tasted excellent. Additionally, the hotel's gym was well-equipped, adding a healthy boost to my trip. Whether for business or leisure travel, this is an excellent choice. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the city and recommend it to my friends!"

"Convenient near airport location. We needed a place to stay before taking a train in the morning. We got in late and needed to wash some clothes we put the clothes in the washer and in the morning they were dry and folded up waiting for us. We lovely a great breakfast and the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Very great price for all the amenities."

"The hotel boasts a superb location, with the subway station just a little over 100 meters away. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a delightful and familiar signature scent. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. Breakfast was outstanding; they've truly gone the extra mile. The staff were incredibly proactive, warm, and always happy to help with any questions. We felt completely at home and will absolutely be returning for another stay."

"The lobby is simple yet grand. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, making for a quiet and peaceful stay. The bathroom's wet and dry separation is well-designed, and there's plenty of hot water. I especially want to commend Daisy; her service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She proactively anticipated guests' needs with a warm and friendly attitude, making me feel right at home even while traveling. I'm so satisfied! However, I do need to mention that the toilet paper roll in the bathroom tends to fall off easily – that could use some improvement. Also, the facilities are a bit old, and the coffee machine wasn't working."

"Room is well decorated and with good supply. The bell person is very caring and to ensure that I settled in the room comfortably. The breakfast is amazing - varieties of food just makes me want to stay and eat the whole day. 😀"
