The lounge itself was quiet and elegant, with a great selection of afternoon tea desserts, drinks, and evening light meals that were all delicious. My room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The staff were consistently warm and polite, and every detail of their service was spot-on, far exceeding my expectations. It offered great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!"

"This family suite, room 1510, was truly speechless. The two large beds were rock hard, and one was a sofa bed that just sagged in the middle. The most critical issue was that one bed had no power outlets at the headboard, and while the other did, it was quite a distance away, so even a slightly shorter charging cable wouldn't reach. There was also a pungent, unidentifiable smell in the room. The most annoying thing was that it was only eight steps from the elevator to the subway entrance, and the soundproofing was incredibly poor! I could clearly hear someone snoring in the next room. I even thought someone was knocking on my door when it was actually the next-door neighbor. I was sleeping soundly when two staff members were talking outside, and I actually thought someone had entered my room!"

"The hotel has an underground parking lot and is very close to Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service! The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the heating works really well. On the first floor, there are three washing machines and dryers. What really surprised me was the breakfast – there was a huge variety of options!"

"The staff's service attitude was excellent! Very responsible! Drivers Zhang and Wang were very punctual for airport pickups, and their service was impeccable! They helped us with our luggage from the airport into the car and all the way to our room door! Mr. Gu from the front desk was also very welcoming!"

"This hotel is located in Zhengzhou's old town, with convenient access to shopping and dining, and is very close to Zhengzhou Railway Station. I purchased a package that included a complimentary double seafood buffet dinner, which offered excellent value for money and high-quality food. Thumbs up! The hotel's service and hygiene were also quite good. Staff proactively helped with luggage and greeted us upon entry and exit. We also received a free room upgrade, and the welcome fruit was very generous! If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the quality of the toothbrushes and combs. For double rooms, it would be best to have toothbrushes in two different colors. Overall, I was very satisfied with my three-day stay and will choose this hotel again next time. 😊"

"We checked in at noon, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, which was a welcome relief from the heat. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable; our whole family was very satisfied. A special thank you to the staff who helped wash our clothes and brought them back to the room – Atour's quality is truly exceptional! This was our first time in Zhengzhou, and a comfortable stay like this definitely improved our impression of the city."

For a four-star hotel, it's definitely worth recommending!"

"The room was decent, and since it's a new hotel, the hygiene was good. However, there was no one at the entrance to help with luggage, and essentially no service. They didn't even offer luggage delivery to the room. After check-in, the front desk didn't provide any further guidance. The bartender's attitude was okay, but despite having a Cuban band playing on weekends, the bar was still very quiet."

"Upon checking in on the first day, the toilet already had urine stains. I didn't think much of it and just cleaned it myself. What I found most unacceptable, however, was the strong, unpleasant odor throughout the entire floor and in my room. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told it was a carpet issue. I understood it wasn't something that could be fixed right away. The front desk staff proactively offered a room change, but the alternative room didn't meet my needs, so I declined. The front desk then followed up and proactively offered complimentary breakfast. I felt their service attitude was good, so I decided to overlook the issue. I ended up extending my stay for two more days, sleeping for two nights surrounded by that awful smell, which gave me a persistent headache. To top it off, today I was further irritated when a different front desk staff member rudely informed me that breakfast would no longer be provided. My message is: either provide exceptional service, or ensure the cleanliness of the environment. You can't have neither!"

"We stayed at Minhero Vista Hotel in Zhengzhou for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel location was very convenient, and the staff were all kind, thoughtful, and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Yingli at the front desk and her colleagues for helping us send and receive packages without any hesitation. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices, and the restaurant staff were especially caring toward my husband, who doesn’t know how to use chopsticks 😆. Thank you all for your warm hospitality. We will definitely stay at Minhero Visya Hotel again next time we visit Zhengzhou!"

When I had an issue, the front desk staff (shout-out to the 'xiaojie'!) were quick to help and resolved it right away, which was excellent! I'll definitely stay here again with friends next time. Very satisfied, great value for money."
