Cons: - There was no hot water due to broken boiler, air-conditioner costs 15 more yuan to use. - Additionally, there was no hand soap, but i was provided with shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and 2 towels. Very new hotel, clean and friendly staff. Walking distance to the tower, many malls and great dinning options around the surrounding. Delighted to see the board with recommendations on famous restaurants. Only if you have huge or many luggage the taxi or Didi driver may not be able to drive in to the lobby as the entrance was too small for them to notice and no indication board stated to hotel. I have to push 2 big luggage all the way to the hotel and to the airport same thing happen I had to push the luggage to the walkway beside the road which was few meter down the slope or stairs😅. The lobby was share with office building and hotel, the hotel had a corner use as their reception. Which I felt unsafe, as a solo traveler no bell boy no reception near lift lobby. Empty hall, with four lift, two lift for office and the other two that serve hotel guest. Card can access to all level. 😅
