The location and the high-speed rail station are only about 10 minutes' drive away. Check-in was smooth. After learning that I was a member, I was given a member drink coupon. The lobby is clean and tidy, the girl at the front desk is enthusiastic, and the river view room faces the river. Although the weather is a bit hazy, on a clear day you can still clearly see the lake island and riverside scenery opposite. The hotel is very close to Beigu Mountain and can be reached on foot. It is a bit far to walk to Xijin Ferry and Jinshan Temple, but the bus is only 2 stops (3 stops) and 5 stops respectively, which is very convenient (Zhenjiang bus is 1 yuan). Taking a taxi to Xijindu costs about 8 yuan, and taking a taxi to Jiaoshan costs about 12 yuan. I am very grateful to the hotel’s customer service manager, Manager Tang Gan. When we asked about the problem, he was very enthusiastic. Not only did he help solve the problem quickly, but he also gave us a small gift box of Zhenjiang balsamic vinegar and fruits, which made us feel at home. After all, it is from Crown. Service, Crown quality. The breakfast in the hotel is very rich, and the executive lounge on the 23rd floor has a good view. It is quiet and suitable for slowly enjoying the river view. The overall experience is very good. I will choose to stay at Crowne Plaza Zhaohe next time if I have the opportunity.

Convenient location, very close to Xijindu, there are museums nearby, Boxian Park. It is also very convenient to eat in the old street, and there are many restaurants. The hotel staff is warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Xiao Chen at the front desk for helping a lot, thank you. The room has a bathtub and children like it very much. Breakfast is OK, can eat. The room is a little hot to sleep, but fortunately the quilt is not thick, sleeping is quieter and it is good. The faucet design of the sink has advantages and disadvantages, because it is a separate adjustment design, the big or small will flow to the countertop or splash a lot of water. Overall, I am very satisfied with the stay.

The location is very convenient, next to Zhenjiang Station, it is convenient to go to the surrounding attractions, and there are many choices for eating nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is attentive, breakfast is purchased separately, 20 yuan/person, and there are many varieties. Unfortunately, my big bed room is made up of 2 beds. The bed is too soft and feels not so comfortable.

Sheraton hotel is an amazing hotel. It’s located close to Wanda plaza which makes shopping very much convenient. The service is incredible and the staff are always nice and friendly. They also have an amazing buffet of food. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

The location is great, near to the railway station. The room was very clean.

The hotel is older, the facilities are relatively complete, and there is no elevator in Block B. The room was clean, but the wall repair marks were obvious. The small single room is fully equipped: hair dryer, electric mosquito coil, etc. The main thing is to say that the breakfast is very rich, buffet breakfast, fruit has pineapple, watermelon, small tomato. There is noodles, small wontons, and the taste is good

Uniquely designed, feels very western. Staff was great and had advanced knowledge of English. Beds were so comfy. Lots of shops and restaurants south of the building. Wifi was fast. Windows we’re big. Only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast hawker outside of the lobby. It was so loud and violent that I thought it was a demonstration lol. I have the feeling that this is a daily occurrence so if you don’t want to hear yelling and banging pans for an hour every morning request a room on the east side. Even still, this place is fantastic and I recommend it
