Due to changes in my itinerary, I was refunded less than 1 minute after placing the order. The result was non-refundable and I couldn’t get through the phone. I didn’t go at all and they reported me as checked in. It’s really disgusting.

The lighting in the room is dim. Two lights are broken. The sound insulation is very poor. You can clearly hear the snoring next door. There are no disposable slippers in the room. They look very dirty. The double room is booked and there is a set of disposable toothbrushes that have been opened when you enter. All in all, the experience is not good.
