It was disappointing. I arrived at the hotel at 10pm. The girl at the front desk stared at me without saying a word. It took 15 minutes to get two rooms ready. She was very impatient. I didn't even swipe the room card when I got to the floor. I called her and she said she forgot. It's rare for the service industry to be so bad. I only knew the bad reviews after reading the reviews!!! Really talented!!!
