前台男工作人員態度很好 我們沒找到停車位停在了別的地方 去開放的時候提了一嘴 專門下午幫我們協調了車位 幸好協調了一個 我們自己找的那個車位停了十分鐘就收了幾塊錢…

在其他城市住過星程，體驗不錯，所以在鎮江也訂了。這家店情況如下。
優點：1.地理位置很好，市中心，離蘇寧廣場很近，吃喝出行很方便。
2.前台每個服務人員都很熱情。
缺點：1.酒店太老舊了，燈光也陰暗，房間的牆紙地板都顯得臟兮兮的。
2.浴室的熱水不熱，開到最大也不熱。關鍵是旁邊還貼了紙説本店熱水過熱，要開小點。
3.早飯一般，保温措施不到位，八點不到去都冷了。門口還有“星程那碗麪”的海報，但其實沒有面檔。

位置很好，交通十分便利，入住體驗非常好，房間很大，衞生也收拾得不錯，前台小姐姐人很好，開始的房間不滿意，還給換了房間 ，臨走的時候還送了鎮江特產伴手禮，下次還會再來

帶着長者入住四天，感到非常温暖，像一家人一樣。服務工作人員從上到下，都非常禮貌盡職盡責，服務態度是熱情周到細緻，有事及時幫助我們，讓我們感到這次入住體驗感很好！
酒店位置也好找，出行很方便，酒店周邊乘車方便，逛街吃飯都很方便。早點也較豐盛，每次吃到較飽，😁👍
退房後，工作人員幫我們行李送上車。在這再次表示感謝，🌹🌹🌹有機會來鎮江還會入住。推薦給大家了！
