The bed is too soft and feels not so comfortable.

The water pressure is more comfortable to wash, but the part at the angle of the shower head can't bear the weight, it will always fall off, I don't know if it is the bad reason for the room I live in.

The facilities are old but very clean. As far as Zhenjiang is concerned, it is cleaner than several high-star hotels. Health is impeccable, which is rare. The bed is a rare hardboard bed. People who are not used to it should add a quilt. But the quality of the bedding is very good, and the real duck down quilt is used. Very comfortable. Breakfast is average and the noodles are of good quality. The air conditioner is very powerful. The hotel's veteran cadre guest house feels very strong, relatively old, good service but not disturbing. The hotel room can smoke, many guests have business ties with the university, and there are many people who smoke. But there is no smell of smoke in the room, it is not easy.

Last year I wanted to visit Zhenjiang, and I finally made the trip at the beginning of this year. The beauty of Zhenjiang is beyond stunning, and this stay at Crowne Plaza Zhenjiang Zhaohe should have added a perfect impression to this trip. Although the weather is a bit hazy, on a clear day you can still clearly see the lake island and riverside scenery opposite. The hotel is very close to Beigu Mountain and can be reached on foot. It is a bit far to walk to Xijin Ferry and Jinshan Temple, but the bus is only 2 stops (3 stops) and 5 stops respectively, which is very convenient (Zhenjiang bus is 1 yuan). Taking a taxi to Xijindu costs about 8 yuan, and taking a taxi to Jiaoshan costs about 12 yuan. I am very grateful to the hotel’s customer service manager, Manager Tang Gan. I took bus No. 17 outside the South Square of Zhenjiang Station and arrived at the hotel. Just you have to watch the bus times. After one movie and another one at a different time, it will take a long time.

Sheraton hotel is an amazing hotel. It’s located close to Wanda plaza which makes shopping very much convenient. The service is incredible and the staff are always nice and friendly. They also have an amazing buffet of food. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are very nice and friendly, welcoming my arrival, greetings 'Hello' every time with big smile on their face. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. HOWEVER, there is only one small problem. When you book a room, please check very carefully if the room you are booking has a window or not. On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not. When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.
