新來的前台直接讓人相當無語，一天到晚顛倒是非，跟顧客爭來爭去的，我都不知道你是來當大爺的，還是我來伺候你的。你跟她説事情吧，她一直否定你，本來都住了幾十次了，挺喜歡酒店的，就是這個服務太差勁了，原來的那幾個服務還可以。然後由於酒店外面在施工，換了幾個房間都有點吵，不太好睡就説退了，下次再來，結果**核對的時候她來句酒店不吵，本來也沒啥，但是你顛倒是非幹啥呢，什麼都要怪顧客？？？你心理才好受是吧。
