The owner was incredibly friendly and always happy to answer any questions. They even helped us arrange transportation and purchase tickets for Gaoguohe. The room was clean and basic, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back! The owner also advised that booking rooms directly could save around 10 yuan. Plus, the riverside and a beautiful night view are right downstairs.

The location is fantastic! Right downstairs from the guesthouse is the owner's riverside restaurant. Before we even arrived, the owner was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, providing detailed directions, assisting us with parking, and offering great tips for exploring the area. However, the food at the restaurant could use some improvement.

We couldn't secure tickets for Mount Fanjing, so we had to change our plans at the last minute. To our delightful surprise, we stumbled upon Zhenyuan, an ancient town boasting 2200 years of history. Compared to our experience at Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, Zhenyuan was absolutely fantastic! After arriving in town in the evening, we parked at the temporary lot of Chengguan No. 3 Primary School. Our guesthouse was spotless, with a restaurant conveniently located right downstairs. We sat by the river, enjoying dinner while feeling the evening breeze, then took a night cruise on the Wuyang River, and later strolled through the quaint bluestone alleyways. Zhenyuan is truly perfect for a slow-paced lifestyle!

The room was cozy and offered a lovely river view, with a lively atmosphere right outside. The owner is a friendly and enthusiastic young man. They also run a restaurant on the ground floor right by the river, and the food there was absolutely delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful scenery, savoring the tasty dishes, and having a beer with our meal. My son and I even took a boat trip nearby, while my parents relaxed by the river, enjoying tea and their meal. It was truly a delightful experience for everyone!
