先説優點：因為看中2張大床房，而且又臨水邊，陽台外就是祝聖橋（好看）。老闆人很好很熱情。説説缺點：因為這間房準確説的下沉式（因為吊腳樓的特點），距離水面很近，所以導致房間有潮濕感且有黴味兒。不過我估計臨水越近的房子都用有味吧！還有這種老式房子的下水管道工程也不好，不隔音。所以就當是山裡的泉水聲嘩嘩響。

去的時間很晚但是房間還是留好了的，很寬闊漂亮！就是時候沒選好有點冷，環境也很乾凈衞生。前台小哥和老闆都很熱情，看了可以攜帶寵物就提前打電話問清楚了。除了早上隔壁裝修有點吵（之後裝修完了估計會好一點）

入住時候，旁邊的酒店在裝修，把陽台搞得有點灰塵，不過入住前老闆有提醒。房間還是很不錯的，在陽台看外面的景色一級棒。

總體來説不錯，建議旺季考慮價格基礎上入住。
位置稍微偏一點，但如果衹住一晚影響不大，旁邊就是兩個代表性景點，從陽台看祝聖橋風景一流。

在祝慶橋旁，河景房陽台上賞風景一流，離古城很近，不到1百米。相對古城中心，這裏鬧中取靜。對面是青龍洞，旁邊就石屏山。連住了兩晚，老闆很友善，有什麼問題都幫忙解決，介紹怎麼去景點玩，還幫我聯繫車去梵凈山，解決了我的大問題。必須贊👍 ！
