從來沒有住過服務這麼差的酒店，一個八十歲的長者在前台，溝通交流根本不行，還不會説普通話。訂了三間房開了大半夜的車，去入住的時候都夜裡三點了説訂的一間雙人間沒房了，給他説換其他的他不願意，給他補差價也不行，而且手機上訂的還是不可取消的，他説他看不到訂單，我拿手機給他看我的訂單他也不看，在前台耽誤了半個多小時最後給他商量補了二十八換了一間，第二天早上一大早就敲門，一夜都沒睡好你就不能晚點敲門嗎？真的想發火，説第二間他也給換了，讓給他付錢，我們都不知道你説換了就換了嗎，他居然把我在手機上訂的102的大床房的訂單給我退了，讓我從新給他微信付款144元，不想和他一個長者家一樣最後還是付了144，反正快氣死了，很不愉快的一次體驗。
